HealthAI is a nonprofit organization, based out of Europe, focused on improving the governance of artificial intelligence in healthcare systems worldwide. Operating at the intersection of public health, regulation, and emerging technologies, the organization works as an implementation partner with governments, the World Health Organization, and leading academic and policy institutions to develop frameworks that ensure AI is deployed safely, ethically, and transparently.
Since its inception, HealthAI has collaborated with policymakers, regulators, and ministries of health across global markets to strengthen decision-making around responsible AI adoption. Through research, advisory work, and global dialogue, the organization helps countries build the foundations needed to expand access to trustworthy AI technologies and improve health outcomes at scale.
HealthAI operates in a critical yet under-defined area of global health governance, where gaps in AI regulation create uncertainty for policymakers and slow the adoption of responsible technologies. While the organization has established strong relationships with international bodies such as the WHO and maintains a growing presence on LinkedIn through its leadership, it has not yet achieved the level of mainstream visibility required to influence broader public discourse or inform national policy agendas.
To support its strategic goals, PRLab was engaged to strengthen HealthAI’s positioning, elevate its leadership team, and expand its presence across global health, technology, and regional media. The objective was to build durable relationships with journalists covering AI governance, increase awareness of HealthAI’s mission among regulators and ministries of health, and position the organization as a trusted authority capable of guiding governments through the complexities of responsible AI deployment. At the same time, PRLab aimed to reinforce HealthAI’s existing credibility while laying the foundation for long-term recognition within the global health ecosystem.
PRLab focused on strengthening HealthAI’s visibility across international health, technology, and regional publications. Media outreach targeted journalists covering AI governance, global health, and regulatory innovation, supported by tailored press materials that highlighted HealthAI’s work with governments and institutions like the WHO. The aim was to broaden recognition of the organization’s mission and establish HealthAI as a credible resource for policymakers, regulators, and global health leaders.
To reinforce authority, PRLab developed executive profiles and secured interviews, op-eds, and expert commentary opportunities for HealthAI’s leadership team. These contributions centered on responsible AI adoption, regulatory readiness, and the global disparities in access to AI-driven health technologies. The goal was to elevate HealthAI’s leaders as trusted voices on governance issues and strengthen the organization’s influence within international policy conversations.
PRLab pursued targeted placements in top-tier and niche outlets, highlighting HealthAI’s unique positioning at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and global regulation. Opportunities for participation in conferences, panels, and high-level roundtables were also explored to increase visibility among decision-makers. This combination of earned media and stakeholder engagement helped stimulate broader discussions around responsible AI in health and reinforced HealthAI’s role in shaping the global agenda.
Through consistent storytelling and strategic visibility, PRLab emphasized HealthAI’s core strengths: regulatory expertise, global partnerships, and mission-driven work aimed at reducing inequities in AI adoption. Media coverage underscored how the organization supports governments in developing safe, ethical, and scalable AI frameworks, positioning HealthAI as the go-to partner for institutions seeking guidance on responsible AI implementation across health systems worldwide.
Since the start of the collaboration in December 2024, PRLab has been working with HealthAI across a 12-month strategic program to build global brand awareness and strengthen its media positioning in the responsible AI and health governance landscape. In the first phase of the partnership, the campaign reached an online readership of 5.361 million
