At Neople, AI-driven digital 'coworkers' are offered to help and support human workers in daily tasks, allowing them to be more productive and efficient in their work. Founded in 2023, the firm believes in making AI more accessible, user-friendly, and fully integrated within different working environments. Through tailored solutions, Neople enables entities to harness the power of artificial intelligence to encourage optimal workflows but without the technical complexity.
Entering the fast-developing AI workspace sector, Neople found itself among a field of established players like Jochem.ai and Freeday. Competing with companies with a similar focus and those in customer-facing AI, Neople's value proposition of AI-driven coworkers that support human employees through back-end tasks puts it as a human-centric solution to calibrate human roles, not take over.
One such challenging task was overcoming AI skepticism in the workplace from companies concerned about how complex integration might be, and how it would or could displace jobs. Neople had to build trust, showing how seamlessly their technology fits into any work environment to increase productivity and creativity without disturbing current workflows or requiring specialized technical experience.
What's more, they wanted to earn the attention of Dutch tech and HR decision-makers who have yet to become familiar with, or are skeptical about AI adoption. The challenge for Neople was that it had to articulate its value proposition very clearly and position itself as a thought leader on the future of AI through its easy-to-understand, accessible, human-centered solutions.
PRLab designed a PR campaign to establish Neople's brand awareness and credibility in the Dutch market and engage desired audiences.
PRLab conducted a thorough competitive analysis, finding an opportunity by noticing a lack of substantial thought leadership efforts among its competitors. This highlighted gap eventually allowed PRLab to position Neople as a frontrunner with a vision of the future and full potential of AI integration.
PRLab positioned Neople's executives in thought leadership positions by securing interviews and commentary opportunities regarding the future of AI and workforce integrations. A regular content calendar consisting of articles on Neople's vision and AI applications was also rolled out, making the company an industry authority. At the same time, thought leadership would focus on rare and valuable insights within the industry.
PRLab targeted high-authority Dutch media while developing key messages focusing on Neople's human-centric approach to AI. By placing emphasis on innovation in Neople and support rather than disruption to the workplace, the team targeted media such as emerce.nl and Computable to deliver its pitches.
PRLab ensured Neople communicated that it develops its AI technology to complement human capabilities and not steal jobs. PRLab also underlined that Neople wished to benefit those inexperienced in AI and lead to a better workplace.
Working closely with Neople, PRLab managed to attain 44 publications, including those with DAs of 68.
Neople received a lot of media attention and achieved 8 high-quality links that increased domain authority.
PRLab secured two interview opportunities for Neople's CEO, further positioning them as leaders in the AI and HR landscapes.
We positioned Neople as an innovative player in AI-driven workforce solutions, thus helping it gain traction as the artificial intelligence provider of choice for companies willing to adopt human-centered AI solutions.
