Neurosoft Bioelectronics is revolutionizing the neurotech landscape with its breakthrough in flexible brain-computer interfaces (BCIs), designed to tackle complex neurological conditions like epilepsy and tinnitus. With a strong focus on both innovation and ethical responsibility, Neurosoft is shaping new benchmarks for the future of neurotechnology.
However, as a pioneer in this field, Neurosoft recognized the need to elevate its media presence and strengthen its thought leadership to drive visibility and build momentum for upcoming fundraising initiatives.
Neurosoft's path was fraught with major obstacles regarding visibility and recognition within the neurotechnology circle. It was a company that had harnessed some of the most critical elements for study; however, it suffered a lot in garnering appropriate media coverage that would put it at the center of the rapidly competitive industry. It needed to boost awareness of its brand, and position itself as a thought leader alongside household names such as Neuralink.
Furthermore, Neurosoft needed to educate audiences and quell concerns from the general public and the industry alike about the ethical consequences of BCIs and animal testing, while also preparing for crucial fundraising.
In developing Neurosoft's profile, PRLab implemented a lively PR strategy comprising high-impact media engagement, thought leadership and industry-specific storytelling to increase referral traffic. The idea was to leverage Neurosoft's growing industry voice to spark interest with key audiences. Content would be insightful and inspirational to highlight their unique selling points and the strong solutions that Neurosoft provides.
Initial media targets were set up as follows:
• MedTech
• Neuro-focused tech
• Digital health/wellness
The team targeted high-authority, high-reach outlets in the tech and medical sectors for strategic outreach to ensure the innovations of Neurosoft were put in front of a broad and relevant audience. Personalized pitching to top-tier journalists in medtech led to more in-depth features and interviews that told the story behind Neurosoft's differentiated approach to neurotech. We created and successfully pitched their subdural electrode breakthrough as an alternative to existing brain implants and landed publicity, including in a publication with a DA of 94. This, along with LinkedIn postings, would position Neurosoft as a thought leader in medical innovation and neurotechnology.
Making the most out of people’s appetites for experts’ opinions and statements, a comprehensive press release campaign was used to announce the first-in-human trials of Neurosoft's soft electrode technology for safety and efficacy. The press release was distributed to targeted outlets, securing backlinks that enhanced Neurosoft's SEO performance. Supporting this effort was a series of interviews and podcast appearances, including interviews with CEO Nicolas Vachicouras where he outlined the groundbreaking potential of Neurosoft's technology in treating severe tinnitus, and brought into light Neurosoft's technological advancement.
PRLab used newsjacking tactics as a way to push Neurosoft to the fore of current events and talking points in the neurotech sector. Where their rivals had raised ethical concerns regarding animal testing, PRLab sprang into action to quickly position Neurosoft's CEO to discuss the main need for ethical standards in neurotechnology. That garnered attention in leading industry publications and furthered Neurosoft's reputation even more. We used and successfully pitched their expertise to answer the pressing questions and topics of the day.
